1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between ARTIUM GROUP Co., Ltd. ("Company") and users of the GeoRank AI service ("Service").

• Analysis and diagnostic reports on a website's search engine optimization (SEO) status
• Content-structure analysis and recommendations for generative engine optimization (GEO)
• Brand mention monitoring and negative-mention alerts
• Other supplementary services determined by the Company

4. Nature and Limits of Analysis Results

• Scores, diagnoses and recommendations are diagnostic information based on signals observable in public web pages. They do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, revenue, or appearance in AI answers.
• Pages behind logins and content rendered only via JavaScript may be excluded from analysis.
• Metrics requiring paid third-party data (backlinks, rankings, reviews) are not measured and are labeled "Not measured" in reports.
• The Company is not liable for outcomes of decisions made based on the reports.

5. Authority Over Analyzed Sites

You confirm that you have legitimate authority over any website you submit for analysis, or that collecting its public information does not violate applicable law, that site's terms, or its robots.txt. The Company respects robots.txt and collects public pages only.

6. Accounts

• Accounts may be created via email/password or third-party authentication (Google).
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and may not transfer or lend it.
• The Company may restrict access after notice if these Terms are violated.

7. Paid Services and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. The Company does not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from the billing section of My Page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Single reports are one-time purchases.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may request cancellation within 7 days of payment. Where a report has already been generated and delivered, the right of withdrawal may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
• For subscriptions, refunds may be prorated for the period already used.
• Full refunds are issued where the Service was unavailable due to the Company's fault.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Excessive automated calls or actions that place undue load on the system
• Mass analysis of third-party websites without authority, or resale of results (except under Agency plans or separate agreement)
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized extraction of source code
• Any other conduct violating applicable law

10. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property in the Service and in the report format and scoring methodology belongs to the Company. Report content generated for your own site may be used freely by you.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure and outages of third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms with notice at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes adverse to users).

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea as the court of first instance.
