1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Artium Group Inc. ("Company") and users of the 1page service ("Service").

3. Description of the Service

• Analysis and diagnostic reports on a website's search engine optimization (SEO) status
• Content-structure analysis and recommendations for generative engine optimization (GEO)
• Brand mention monitoring and negative-mention alerts
• Other supplementary services determined by the Company

4. Nature and Limits of Analysis Results

• Scores, diagnoses and recommendations are diagnostic information based on signals observable in public web pages. They do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, revenue, or appearance in AI answers.
• Pages behind logins and content rendered only via JavaScript may be excluded from analysis.
• Metrics requiring paid third-party data (backlinks, rankings, reviews) are not measured and are labeled "Not measured" in reports.
• The Company is not liable for outcomes of decisions made based on the reports.

5. Authority Over Analyzed Sites

You confirm that you have legitimate authority over any website you submit for analysis, or that collecting its public information does not violate applicable law, that site's terms, or its robots.txt. The Company respects robots.txt and collects public pages only.

6. Accounts

• Accounts may be created via email/password or third-party authentication (Google).
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and may not transfer or lend it.
• The Company may restrict access after notice if these Terms are violated.

7. Paid Services and Billing

• Paid services are Starter, Pro and Agency 30-day passes. The plan's features and limits apply for 30 days from payment approval.
• There is no automatic renewal. When the pass ends you return to the Free plan; it is extended only if you pay again.
• Buying the same plan while it is active adds 30 days after the current pass ends. Buying a higher plan starts a new pass at payment and replaces the remaining days of the lower plan (shown on the checkout screen before you pay). A lower plan can be bought after the current pass ends.
• Payments are processed by Toss Payments Co., Ltd.; the Company does not store card details. Receipts are available in My Page under Payments.
• No payments are taken during the beta and every feature is free. We will announce on the service and by email before paid sales start.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• Full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the features unlocked by the pass (paid-plan analysis limits, monitoring, agency features, etc.).
• After 7 days, or once the pass has been used, the unused days are refunded pro rata (amount × remaining days ÷ 30, rounded down to the won). As a digital service delivered immediately on payment, the used portion cannot be withdrawn under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
• If the Service was unavailable due to the Company's fault, we refund in full or extend the pass, at your choice.
• Request refunds at wave.one.wave@gmail.com. Refunds are made by cancelling the original payment within 3 business days, and the pass period added by that payment ends or is shortened accordingly.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Excessive automated calls or actions that place undue load on the system
• Mass analysis of third-party websites without authority, or resale of results (except under Agency plans or separate agreement)
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized extraction of source code
• Any other conduct violating applicable law

10. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property in the Service and in the report format and scoring methodology belongs to the Company. Report content generated for your own site may be used freely by you.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure and outages of third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms with notice at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes adverse to users).

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea as the court of first instance.
